4C Consulting was facing a major problem of data duplication which means a multiple entries for the same company having same ISO certification. Lead management was the second major issue, the sales team have to enter the lead data manually into excel sheet and so it was difficult to review the data for the management team. This process was very time consuming for the DEO as well as sales team.

- We designed a calling platform which is beneficial for the management to map the entire calling process.
- Now with the help of Quickcall there is no scope of data duplication as it restricts the duplicate entry for the same organization having same standard.
- We have designed this application in such a way that it will not accept the entry if the DEO enter the same company with the same pin-code more than once. But, the system will automatically fill the data regarding the city and area by entering the pin code.
- We also provided them with a personalized dashboard having various tabs which includes Follow up, Lead, Prospect, projection and quick links i.e. overall sales can be managed on a single dashboard.
- Sales team can filter the data easily to find out the upcoming follow ups.
